Privacy Policy — Cluster

Cluster ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Cluster, provides a business-to-business platform connecting pharmacies, distributors, and suppliers for pharmaceutical procurement. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through the Cluster app, how we use and protect it, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.
1. Information We Collect
Account & contact information: name, phone number, and business/delivery address, provided when you register and manage your account.
Order & transaction data: items you browse, add to cart, and order, and your order history.
Approximate location: to show relevant suppliers, delivery areas, and availability.
Voice recordings: when you use voice search, to return search results.
Device & identifiers: device model, OS, app version, and device/other identifiers (including push-notification tokens).
Usage & diagnostics: in-app interactions, in-app search terms, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.
2. How We Use Your Data
To create and manage your account; process and deliver orders; provide search, recommendations, and support; send transactional and service notifications; monitor, secure, and improve app performance; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf: Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications; and Microsoft Clarity for usability analytics. They process data only to provide services to us, under their own security terms. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own advertising.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Order and transaction records are retained for 5 years to meet legal, tax, and regulatory requirements. Analytics and diagnostic data is retained per our providers' standard retention periods. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where longer retention is required by law.
5. How to Delete Your Data
You can request deletion at any time:
In the app: go to Profile → Delete Accoun to permanently delete your account and associated personal data.
By email: contact privacy@clusterapp.net and we will process your request within 30 days.
Certain records (e.g. completed transactions) may be retained where legally required, then deleted.
6. Data Security
We protect your data using industry-standard safeguards. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by access controls, and data is stored on secured servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we continually work to protect your information.
7. Children's Privacy
Cluster is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy; material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified in the app.
